The Real estate market in India is poised for growth and provides a substantial investment opportunity for Indian residents and NRIs across the globe. Podium is one of the largest service providers of India property internationally, launched in UAE in the year 2006.

Over the last one and a half years, Podium has been very successful in providing complete solutions for India Property expanding its sales and services in Canada, Nepal, UK and especially in Middle East. After seeing an overwhelming response from our valuable customers, few overseas operations are soon going to be opened.

We have a core competent team to match the client requirement by maintaining price transparency, comprehensive information of the property; in a nut shell – a total hassle free property buying.
